Jarrett and Isabelle have finished their first week of school and everybody survived. They both seem to love being at school. Jarrett had his first run in with a bully, which with Jarrett's tender heart had him almost in tears because he just wanted to be this kids friend. I am sure it will be his mission now to make friends with him. Isabelle is doing great I think she will do awesome this year. Her teacher called me yesterday to let me know that Isabelle is doing great and a joy to have in class. As for me and McGregor I think we are adjusting. I have found you can get a lot done in the 7 1/2 hours they are gone to school. Ben and I have even found time to have lunch. Today my sister Susie watched McGregor while we went to the temple. Have not been able to do that in a long time. So thank you Susie!!! Over all it has been a good week. Everybody is doing really well. As for the future of Ben's employment we still don't have an answer as to if we will stay or go to Texas. Big decision. Tonight we are happy.

First Day of School 08-09

Well McGregor and I are alone. We just dropped Jarrett and Isabelle off to their first day of school. It is a wierd feeling to only have one at home with me. Jarrett didn't want to ride with me to school, but he let me take him anyway, but no way was he going to let me walk him to his class!!!! But Isabelle let me take pictures and walk her to her class where I proceeded to get choked up. I held it great though until I got to my car and had some privacy. I don't know why, but Isabelle seems so much younger than Jarrett did his first day of Kindergarten. Maybe my worry is that she is in there all day. Jarrett was so excited, he was literally bouncing off walls this morning. Isabelle was quiet and reserved. You could tell she was nervous, but excited. Well another year started!
