Our Day with the Bears!!

What a fun day!!!!! The kids are off school for fall break and we didn't want to sit home and be bored on their vacation. Ben has wanted to go up to Yellowstone's Bear World for a long time. It is about 5 miles south of Rexburg, Idaho and it sits on just over 100 acres. The best part about today was that the entrance fee was half off along with everything in the gift shop. It took us a little over 2 hours to make it to Bear World, and let me tell you it was well worth the drive. We got to drive our car through the park and look at all sorts of different wild animals, including the Bears. The kids loved it. Isabelle went nuts when the Elk walked right up to her window, and we all held our breath as a big black bear brushed the car. We thought for sure the Bear was going to climb on the back of our car. This place was awesome!!!! It has a petting zoo, rides for the kids, and 6 baby cubs all included in your entrance fee. You can also feed the big bears and the baby bears for an extra fee. It was so much fun. After that we drove into Rexburg and saw the new temple. It was beautiful. What a great day for our family. We will definetly be going up there again. 10 YEARS!!!!

At about 9:30 this morning Ben and I will have been married for 10 years. It is hard to believe that it has been 10 years since that day, but it is hard to remember my life when he was not part of it. I always had an idea of the man I would marry. You know the good looking, great with kids, polite, returned missionary. Every girl knows what I am talking about, but with Ben I got exactly what I had always dreamed about and so much more. Not only is Ben all of that, but he is my best friend. He loves me even when I am probably the toughest person to love in the world. He is patient, loving, and yes he is definetly good looking. He is one of those men that just keeps getting better looking the older he gets. You know the men I am talking about ( the Sean Connery, the Pierce Brosnan type). He is the best dad out there. After 10 years we have three beautiful children Jarrett, Isabelle, and McGregor. Ben loves his kids so much, you can tell by how he looks at them and wants to do everything with them. I don't know what I did to be so blessed to spend the rest of my life and eternity with Ben, but I am so thankful for that blessing. Ben I wanted to say thank you for the best 10 years. I never knew married life could be so good. After 10 years you would think we would get sick of being together, but it has just made me want more. You are my best friend and the love of my existence. As long as I have you I can do just about anything. You are the most amazing father. Thank you for all you do for me and our children. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is I am still so much in love with Ben and falling harder and harder everyday. After 10 years of marriage we have had a lot of different experiences, a lot happy and good, some hard and sad, but through it all we have loved each other and I believe because of those experiences we are closer and better than ever.
