Texas

Well everybody has wondered what we are going to do about Texas? After a month of stress and anxiety we have made a decision. It is the biggest decision Ben and I have had to make in the ten years we have been married. It was not an easy decision and it was not fast. A bigger part of us wanted to go, but with our house and other complications we have decided to stay. We would have loved to live in San Antonio. It had a lot to offer and it was tough for Ben to give up this job, but they did not offer us enough money to compensate for the move and the loss we would have to take on our house. We know that some will be happy and others will wonder what we are thinking. We want you all to know that we believe we have made the best decision for our family. It was tough to make this decision, because their were so many factors to consider and we didn't want to let anyone down. But Ben and I decided this was our decision and we had to do what was best for our family no matter what people thought. Thank you for all your support on everything. Our family is great and we appreciate all you do for us.

McGregor turns 2!!!!!

Well today our baby turned 2. He woke up to a battery powered 4-wheeler and daddy made him his favorite....crepes!!! He was sung to wherever he went and he loved it. We had a birthday party for him tonight and he was surrounded by family. Some were out of town, but most were able to be here. He got lots of great presents and he loved his cake and ice cream. He did so good at blowing his candles out. He had trouble with one, but he kept at it until it was out. After all we went through with him it is such a blessing to see him so happy and well on his birthday. He is a blessing to our lives and we are thankful he joined our family. Happy Birthday Gregor!!!! We love you so much!!! We got more exciting news this weekend, my sister Susie and her husband Travis are expecting their first baby. YEAH!!!! I am so excited and happy for them, they will make awesome parents.
