Brough Reunion

We just got back from the Brough Reunion. We went up to Bear Lake Sunday afternoon and stayed until Monday night. Most of them are still up there, but we are tired of not being home so we did what we could and came home. Ben's aunt Denise and uncle Sam rented a cabin up there for the week and invited everyone to come. We took our tent and went up Sunday. The night was absolutely the longest night ever. It was hot and there was a pack of coyotes that were wandering around making lots of noise all night long. We didn't get to bed until almost midnight and then we were up around 6:30. So it was not the best night ever. The next morning we went to the lake. The morning was great Ben, Curtis, and Dillon got out and waterskied and wakeboarded. The water was pretty smooth for them. Then the rain and cold came. It lasted most of the day, but thankfully the sun peaked out later and warmed us up. The best part of the day was when Jarrett and Isabelle got on the kneeboard. We knew Jarrett wanted to try, but we were a little shocked when Isabelle wanted to. They both did really good. McGregor loved to ride in the boat and on the waverunner. Ben did what he does best and that is slalom ski and drive the boat. I tried to stay dry and warm. It was a good day, but we are really glad to have slept in our own beds last night.
