We are all very tired, but we are happy tonight. We were able to bring McGregor home from the hospital today. It feels like we were down there forever when this all just started 5 days ago. McGregor indured two spinal taps, EEG, CT scan and lots and lots of needles. He probably won't ever like to go to the doctors again. They never did find out what he has been fighting, but everyday he gets a little better. The doctors figure it is some kind of virus and as for his seizures we have put him on an anti-seizure medicine. He is doing so much better at home. He is eating and drinking really good and his smile has reappeared. I know that we still have a ways to go, but we are excited for today. Thank you to everyone. Thanks to my mom and dad for watching Jarrett and Isabelle. Everybody made our time away from them fun. Paul took them to McDonald's for 2 hours, my mom took them on a hike to her special rock and made them feel loved every second that we could not be with them, and my sister Dayna and brother Cameron and the Lish's thank you for taking them boating. We had several calls everyday with concern for our family and willing to watch Jarrett and Isabelle, thank you. Being down there you realize how much you have to be thankful for. There are so many families dealing with so much more than we have been, one of those is Ben's uncle Terrell. His daughter that is a couple months younger than McGregor has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He is so strong as is his wife Trish. They have been down there for over three weeks and they still found time to be one of our biggest supports. I want to live my life like them. They have so much faith. Tonight we are thankful for our family, all of you!!! You made this bearable. We love you all!!!

So happy to know you are home and McGregor is himself again. I'm sorry I haven't called but I assumed you have probably had a lot of phone calls. I'll let things settle down and call you on Monday. Take care - love kt
