Some Good and Some Bad News....

They always say bad news first so here goes. My Dad was readmitted to University Hospital Monday night. His kidneys and liver weren't doing very well. I was with him on Monday and I had no idea. He was acting so good and I was so excited because he came out to the table and ate with McGregor and me. He was joking with McGregor and playing with Fletcher. So I was a little shocked to say the least when my mom called me. Luckily Ben and I were using our Christmas gift from Curtis and Nancy Monday night, we were at the Jazz game so we were already in Salt Lake. Today they did a heart cath on him and found that his heart just isn't strong enough and it isn't going to recover liked they were wanting it to. So you ask what is next, well next week, we don't know what day, but they are going to put a pump in to help his heart. He will more than likely be put on a transplant list also. I am scared. I have had a lot of peace through this ordeal so far, but with this news I am definitely scared. They weren't kidding when they said Tuesday morning that they were going to get aggressive.
Good news now. Ben got a job!! Finally after so long we know where we will be and what Ben will be doing. Yes, we will be moving. So if you know anyone who needs a house let us know. We will be residents of the Las Vegas area. We don't know all the specifics yet, but we do know we will be moving there. We think Ben will have to go in a month and then me and the kids will move down after school is out. I am a little scared, but so thankful Ben found a job. There are so many people looking for jobs right now. We are ready for our adventure and for no snow. Ben will do awesome and be such an asset to this company. So we are going to look to the future and hope for the best both with my Dad, new job, and our new address.
